Leonard  & Emeline Morris "lived on the hill 1 1/2 mi W(?) of
Kennonsburg, and had one child, a son, John Morris, a cousin of my
mother.  JOHN MORRIS was my schoolmaster when I was 10 yrs of age. On
a visit to John Morris in the late 40's at his home in Quaker City, OH, he
gave me the names of EDITH and FLORENCE HAGUE, as daughters of his
Uncle Reuben Hague.  He said they had taught school down in VA and
became librarians at Sweetbrier College in later life; that they never
married."

Excerpts of Alice Irene's obit:  ..."Has been a resident of Christian Co all her life, except a few years residence in Coles Co. . . .She leaves her mother, who is now near death at her home in Grenola,( Elk Co.) KS, her husband-Charles.  Eight children were born to them:  MRS. ELSA LAW of Owaneco; GRACE HAGUE of Springfield, (IL);   MARY HAGUE of Assumption; HAROLD HAGUE of Denver, Colo;  MRS. SUSIE WALKER of Clarksdale;  MILDRED; JOE T;   and HERMAN at home.     Five brothers- HERMAN DE MOSS of Hendley, NE;  CLARENCE  DE MOSS of Webb, OK;  ED  DE MOSS of Hansen, Idaho;  CHARLES and ERNEST of Grenola, KS.   Eight grandchildren also survive.  ...Member of M.E. church of Owaneco-funeral there.  Burial in Fraley cemetery."

Charles DeMoss must have lived in Grenola Kansas, because I have a note by his
wife, Mary "of Grenola, KS in 1926."  (probably Alice's obit.)
Alice was a member of ME Church of Owaneco at time of death.

1508 N. Cedar Street, Colo Springs, Colo. 80903.  "My Dad's folks setetled on ground next to my other grandparents.  Dad and Mother went to school together.    8 of us kids."  Her 2 oldest sisters gone now.

Alice was a member of ME Church of Owaneco at time of death in 1926 at
age 54.

Della Mae COOK married Charles Homer HAGUE.

Theodore DALLUGE was born in Of Owaneco, Christian Co, IL.. He died in Of Owaneco, Christian Co, IL.. Theodore married Hattie Louella HAGUE after Jun 1900.

1984 MRS. JOSEPH C. HAGUE  said John H. Morris had 2 daughters.  He
lived in Quaker City, Ohio. Another letter from her said:  " I have met John H. Morris and his wife Cora and 2 daughters from Ohio.  They visited several times in the Theodore and Louella Dalluge home in Owaneco, IL. He said a Joseph Hague was buried in Zanesville, OH."

Hattie Louella HAGUE [Parents] was born 14 May 1878 in Coles Co, IL. She died in Of Taylorville, IL. Hattie married Theodore DALLUGE after Jun 1900.
