Minerva Bates and her husband plaintiffs against John C. Hague, Levi Hague and other defendants.  Levi Hague, Jane Hague, William R. Hague, Nancy J. Hague, John Hague, George W. Hague and Margaret Hague who reside in the Co of Wirt, WV, will take notice that on the 25 July 1876, the plaintiff's Minerva Bates and Jacob Bates above named filedin the office of the Clerk of the Court of common pleas of said Noble Co, a partition which is now there in pending, against them and John C. Hague, Jesse T. Hague and William Guiler defendants, the object of which petition is to set aside a certain deed made and delivered by the said William Guiler and wife to the said John C. Hague,  Jane Hague, William R. Hague, Jesse T. Hague,  Nancy J. Hague, John Hague, George W. Hague and Margaret Hague as grantees, which deed is dated Jan 1st 1874 and purports, pursuant to the provisions of a certain paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of John Hague, deceased, to convey to said grantees in fee the following lands situate in said co of Noble, that is to say: The east half of the north-east quarter of S 21, T7, R8 containing 82 acres more or less.  It is also sought by said petition to have said lands conveyed by the said William Guiler to the said Minerva Bates, Levi Hague and John C. " Minerva Bates and her husband Jacob Bates contested the will of JOHN HAGUE.  Notice posted in the Citizen's Press pub in Noble Co. OH
Minerva Bates and her husband plaintiffs against John C. Hague, Levi Hague and other defendants.  Levi Hague, Jane Hague, William R. Hague, Nancy J. Hague, John Hague, George W. Hague and Margaret Hague who reside in the Co of Wirt, WV, will take notice that on the 25 July 1876, the plaintiff's Minerva Bates and Jacob Bates above named filedin the office of the Clerk of the Court of common pleas of said Noble Co, a partition which is now there in pending, against them and John C. Hague, Jesse T. Hague and William Guiler defendants, the object of which petition is to set aside a certain deed made and delivered by the said William Guiler and wife to the said John C. Hague,  Jane Hague, William R. Hague, Jesse T. Hague,  Nancy J. Hague, John Hague, George W. Hague and Margaret Hague as grantees, which deed is dated Jan 1st 1874 and purports, pursuant to the provisions of a certain paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of John Hague, deceased, to convey to said grantees in fee the following lands situate in said co of Noble, that is to say: The east half of the north-east quarter of S 21, T7, R8 containing 82 acres more or less.  It is also sought by said petition to have said lands conveyed by the said William Guiler to the said Minerva Bates, Levi Hague and John C. Hague as the only children and heirs at-law of the said John Hague, deceased, one-third to each, individed.  It is the further object of said petition to have said premises partitioned--giving to the said Minerva Bates one third of the same.  It is also the object and prayer of said petition to compel John C. Hague and Levi Hague to account for and pay to the said Minerva Bates one full equal third part of the rents and profits of said land accruing since the 18 of April 1872.  The prayer of said petition is to have said deed  of Guiler and wife to said John C. Hague, Jane Hague and others set aside and for a new deed from Guiler conveying to Minerva Bates, John C. Hague and Levi Hague said premises in fee simple, one third undivided to each and for partition of said lands and for general relief.  Said defendants herein notified are required to answer said petition on or before 16th day of Sept 1878."
