DISCREPANCY:  THE above ms lists three children of Harry and Sarah
Wilson: "ETHEL, CLETA, and VERNE." There were no substantiating dates
in the Hougland Family MS, for those three children.
Instead, Carol Minson used the data from Bernice Graham for  four
children she had listed, namely:
EVERETT, CLIETA, ROBERT and RAYMOND.

"Marvin Province was a Vet of WWII.  He served in the US.Navy.  He died in
the veteran hospital at Clarksburg WV of cancer.  He was a twin brother
of Melvin Culver Province.  Marvin got religion several times but would
always backslide to the whisky."

11/15/02 email from granddaughter Jackie Barber debbnjon@aol.com  Jackie said Ralph's wife was Ellsie Geems or something similar sounding, that starts with "G". They had 5 children.

Doctor Orland PROVINCE [Parents] was born 8 Apr 1917 in Windy, Wirt Co, WV. He died 27 Jun 1980 in Clarksburg, Veterans Hosp., WV. Doctor married Mary Mildred NUTTER.

Sent a picture of Doc Orland Province about 1960 in uniform  with a lady.
"Doctor Orland Province served in the US Army during WWII in Europe and also in Korea during the Korean War.  He was wounded twice in WWII.
He served 20 + years and retired.  He died inthe Veterans Hospital at Clarksburg, WV from cancer.
He was also a twin to Opal May Province.

Mary Mildred NUTTER married Doctor Orland PROVINCE.
