this court approved his choice and appoints this said Timothy Bates

"The above Bible records identifies JAMES, son of Isaac, who was son of JAMES, the first of the Fouracre name to show up in OH.
There is a will of a JOHN FOREACRES IN QUEEN ANNE'S CO, MD, who names sons Isaac and John, dau, Elizabeth and other children.  This was in 1756.  Three names were written on bottom of original papers and one of those was James.  The record stataes that John son of John was under age.
There was also a RICHARD FOURACRES, Frency and Indian soldier of Spotsylvania Co, VA whose will in 1821 names THOMAS, HEZEKIAH, JAMES and JOHN FOURACRES.

Sarah BENNETT was born 12 Feb 1820 in Washington Co, PA. She married James FOURAKER on 29 Aug 1844 in Guernsey Co, OH.
