MORE DETAILS OF ABOVE SUMMARY:
1801 Margaret Foreacres was born. 1850 and 1860 census say b Ohio.
1801 REUBEN HAGUE was born in PA according to his 1810-1870 census. Reuben's eldest son John's 1800, and son Reuben's 1880, and son Doctor C's 1880, and dau Jane (Hague) Guyer's 1880; and son Reuben's biog all say their father b PA. There is discrepancy about their mother's birthplace however. Three of those children say she was b PA. The 4th says OH. and Margaret's 1850and 1860 census says she was born OH.
CM thinks if she was indeed b 1801, she was probably born in PA. James Foreacres is in Fayette Co, PA in 1790.
1805 He bought land in Guernsey Co, OH, at Zanesville Land Office.

OH Crossroads/Nation Jan-Mar 1969 p. 48 by Mrs. Philip Foraker, 4316 W 34th St. Topeka, KS 66614:
"James Four Acres (Fouracres, Foreacres, Foraker, Foreaker, Fouraker) was born (1754- Vol 9, pg 33) possibly in MD. His gravestone in Leatherwood Cem.Wills Twp, Guernsey Co, OH, gives his death as Jul 2, 1849. Beside his grave is "Rosannah Fouracres d Mar 1831, age 74, w/o James Fouracre." At least two of his children were b in VA. He and Rosannah Saveley were md in Berkelely Co. WV Jan 16, 1787. He bought land in 1805 at Zanesville, OH land office. He was a private in Capt. Liles(Lyles?) Co of VA. Militia. The files for the administration of his estate have disappeared from the jacket in the Guernsey Co court house.

By a wife, previous to Rosanna Saveley he had: James Simpson Four Acres b in VA bet 1770-1780.
Isaac Fouraker b VA 1781
Catherine
Sarah
Mary (Polly- poss dau of Rosanna Saveley).

By wife Rosanna Saveley:
James Jr. b bet 1794-1800 poss in PA (no Foraker of any spelling in PA 1790 census.)
Hannah b ca 1800 OH
Margaret b 1800 OH (see her husband, Reuben Hague's notes.)

1842 Sep 8: DOCTOR CHAUNCY HAGUE born at Athens Co. OH, said his obit. Discrepancy on place of birth. Death record at Linn Co., M0. Funeral Home stated his birthplace was Chesterhill, Morgan Co. OH.
I chose Athens Co. OH because of following:
In 1840 Chester Hill (Marion Twp?) was in Athens Co. In 1845 Chesterhill and Marion Twp became part of Morgan Co. OH. Chester Hill (also called Chesterfield)
Chesterhill to Bartlett abt 6 mi. Chesterhill to Palmer Twp abt 14 mi. Chesterhill to Sharpsburg abt 5 mi.
May 1984 C.Minson sent $2.00 to Elmer Gerlach of McConnelsville, OH to check Morgan Co Grantor-Grantee Indexes to see if a Reuben Hague had land in Morgan Co.. He checked 1795-1855, & 1856 to 1895 Grantor and Grantee Indexes and found none.
I'm wondering if I have assumed that most of Reuben Hague's children were born on S29 T7 R12 of Athens C?. John and Ansina Hague are listed in Chesterhill, Marion Twp, Morgan Co. in the 1860 census with their first 5 children, possibly all born there.
Do I have any other death records of Reuben's children that might show a birth place? answer: Reuben Jr has biog in Birdsall and Dean that says he was born Athens Co, as does his obit. Sister Sarah's Morgan Co obit states: " b near Sharpsburg, Athens Co, OH, Mar 8, 1840." Twin sister Jane's Linn Co Mo. obit states she was born Athens Co. OH.
