1838 Feb 12: JOSEPH BAKER MINSON was born when they lived at 35 Bath Street in Leamington. JOHN MINSON is listed in the 1829-1841 Trade Directories as a "Brazier & Tin plate worker." John Minson’s family would have lived in the same building as his shop.....likely on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The building at 35 Bath Street exists today (1995) and looks good. We believe it is the same building that existed in the mid 1800’s. England keeps and maintains their old buildings exceptionally well.
